Our client is a successful soft services company who specialise in cleaning high-end clients around London and the surrounding area. They are looking for an ambitious and hard work Administrator to join the team at their HQ in Stratford.
Duties:
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual client reports, operating to strict deadlines (Liaising with the administrator on site and supporting them)
- Design of new report templates
- Minutes of meetings (typing the minutes up after the meetings and ensuring they are sent out promptly)
- Answering the phones and redirecting calls accordingly
- Answering the door to visitors and directing them in the right direction
- Project work as specified by Management
Qualifications and experience:
- The confidence to communicate effectively at all levels
- High level of English skills
- Good presentation skills
- Good levels of planning and organisation
- Good numeracy
- Ability to use, Google or Microsoft Office programmes to an intermediate level along with a knowledge of Adobe indesign would be advantageous.
- Must understand and conform to the principals of confidentiality
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workloads
- Good interpersonal skills
- High levels of attention to detail
- A strong work ethic with flexibility to meet deadlines
- A self-starter, able to demonstrate high levels of initiative and motivation, but also work closely with other team members
- Hardworking and trustworthy individual who takes pride in their work and is willing to learn
- Able to adapt well to any working environment, follow procedures
- Conscientious, honest, punctual and extremely reliable
- Work well as a team member or independently, enthusiastic and have the flexibility to be versatile with changing priorities
