Role Description:
Our Client has been established for over 25 years and provides cleaning and hygiene services to education, local government, social housing and commercial organisations. With over 750 sites across the South of England, they take pride in their reputation as a leading service provider. 
 

They are recruiting an Account Manager for a prestigious Independent School in Central London and require someone with the following skills - 

• Ensure cleaning duties are delivered as detailed in the cleaning specification and to the highest of standards
• Able to demonstrate a track record in multi-site Account Management 
• Experienced at managing, influencing and operating at a strategic operational level
• Able to demonstrate the ability to successfully manage a team of hygiene professionals to deliver their business objectives
• Financially aware with strong commercial focus 
• Able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the issues surrounding the delivery of a cleaning service, including statutory requirements and applicable legislation, and the ability to verify and demonstrate performance through measurement, monitoring and auditing
• Ability to manage and meet the Client expectations
• You will be responsible for holding regular meetings with all Stakeholders, updating on trends, productivity etc.

• High level of IT literacy / able to produce reports
• Attention to detail
• Account management experience 
• Proactive management approach 
• Able to qualify an Enhanced DBS check
