Role Description: 
A privately owned and well-established Contract Cleaning Business with a significant presence and reputation within the London commercial property market, are recruiting exclusively through Bridge to identify an Account Director (to be based in Central London). This is a strategic hire to provide guidance, support and expertise. Our Client has experienced continued year on year growth and an increase in recent contract wins. As Account Director (Contract Cleaning) you will ideally have a Soft services bias. The successful candidate must have the ability to build and lead a team, maintaining commercial competitiveness and high standards throughout. Within this organisation, an Account Director (contract cleaning) must have strong leadership and team building skills and demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate with clients to identify their needs, all while implementing ways to increase customer satisfaction. · Have sound financial acumen and exhibit good commercial skills
· Have extensive and demonstrable previous experience in a client facing role with either a soft, hard, development or communications specific competency

· Attended Board meetings and presented on contracts to the Board
