Role: Account Cleaning Manager

Salary: £30k-£35k plus Company Car / package

Our Client is a growing Soft Services company who focus on providing an excellent cleaning service efficiently within the public sector predominantly.

A new contract has been awarded and you will be responsible for mobilising the contract but also overseeing the delivery of exceptional cleaning standards which exceed client expectations.

Role Description:

Manage the day to day operations and contract delivery to clients across the Birmingham area (10 sites currently with growth potential)
Ensure that the team provides a first class service to the client
Develop existing business and client base, promoting the company by raising awareness of all its services and increasing contract value
Maintain high standards across Education Cleaning Contract portfolio
Regularly review performance standards
Ensure all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to and comply with company polices
Recruit, train and motivate staff, managing your team and resources to meet the daily schedules and business requirements of clients at all times
Implement innovative and continuous improvement plans to ensure service always exceeds client expectations
Prepare reports, attend client meetings and communicate effectively with Managing and Operations Director

Personal Requirements:

Experience of the Cleaning/FM Industry
IT literate
BICS/IOSH are desirable
Excellent organisation, communication and people management skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
A full driving licence
