Our Client is a growing Soft Services company who focus on providing an excellent cleaning service efficiently within the public sector predominantly.
A new contract has been awarded and you will be responsible for mobilising the contract but also overseeing the delivery of exceptional cleaning standards which exceed client expectations.
Role Description:
- Manage the day to day operations and contract delivery to clients across the Northamptonshire area
- Ensure that the team provides a first class service to the Client
- Develop existing business and client base, promoting the company by raising awareness of all its services and increasing contract value
- Maintain high standards across Education Cleaning Contract portfolio
- Regularly review performance standards
- Ensure all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to and comply with company polices
- Recruit, train and motivate staff, managing your team and resources to meet the daily schedules and business requirements of clients at all times.
- Implement innovative and continuous improvement plans to ensure service always exceeds client expectations
- Prepare reports, attend Client meetings and communicate effectively with Managing and Operations Director.
Personal Requirements:
- Experience of the Cleaning/ FM Industry
- IT literate
- BICS/ IOSH are desirable
- Excellent organisation, communication and people management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- A full driving licence.
