Our Client is a growing Soft Services company who focus on providing an excellent cleaning service efficiently within the public sector predominantly. 
 
A new contract has been awarded and you will be responsible for mobilising the contract but also overseeing the delivery of exceptional cleaning standards which exceed client expectations. 
 
Role Description: 
  • Manage the day to day operations and contract delivery to clients across the Northamptonshire area
  • Ensure that the team provides a first class service to the Client 
  • Develop existing business and client base, promoting the company by raising awareness of all its services and increasing contract value
  • Maintain high standards across Education Cleaning Contract portfolio
  • Regularly review performance standards 
  • Ensure all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to and comply with company polices 
  • Recruit, train and motivate staff, managing your team and resources to meet the daily schedules and business requirements of clients at all times.
  • Implement innovative and continuous improvement plans to ensure service always exceeds client expectations 
  • Prepare reports, attend Client meetings and communicate effectively with Managing and Operations Director.
Personal Requirements: 
  • Experience of the Cleaning/ FM Industry 
  • IT literate 
  • BICS/ IOSH are desirable 
  • Excellent organisation, communication and people management skills 
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team 
  • A full driving licence.
