Bridge Recruitment are seeking an Account Cleaning Manager to work within a well-established Property Management company, covering operations along the M62 corridor. The Account Cleaning Manager will be looking after a portfolio of contracts which value approximately £1.5M and you will represent and add value to this award-winning business. They require an exceptional Account Cleaning Manager who has the ability to implement innovative service solutions, develop a strong client relationship and be an ambassador for the Company brand.

Role Description of the Account Cleaning Manager:

  • Your key responsibility will be to deliver a First-Class cleaning service to a high-profile Client that has multiple sites
  • To develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship within the team the client’s team
  • Oversee the contract cleaning operation of some of the company’s flagship clients
  • Ensure all jobs are staffed and provide cover in the event of holiday or sickness
  • Regularly meet clients for feedback on service delivery
  • Assist with starting-up and managing any new contracts
  • Troubleshooting - follow up on and deal with all complaints
  • Review best practice and present new ideas to keep ahead of the cleaning industry
  • Undertake any additional task as instructed by the Line Manager or above.
