He has 35 years of experience combining Army operational leadership and strategic planning roles with a second career in consulting. As a consultant, he has designed and delivered high impact programmes bridging the gap between strategy and results in leading companies such as Pfizer, Diageo, LVMH, AstraZeneca, Autotrader, Celgene, Compass Group and Mercedes AMG Petronas F1.
