Trailblazers Mentoring is a UK based charity dedicated to transforming lives through 1-2-1 mentorship and practical support for people both in prison and after release. Their mission is simple yet vital: to reduce reoffending and help individuals build brighter, more stable futures. The results speak for themselves while the national reoffending rate in England and Wales can reach as high as 55% within the first year of release, less than 9% of those supported by Trailblazers return to custody in that same period. Their work not only changes lives but also strengthens communities and saves public resources.
