North Region - “Encouraging Greater Diversity and Inclusion in FM”

Join the North Region thought leadership seminar with two high profile speakers followed by a panel debate, who will share industry best practice and tangible measures introduced to make the profession more diverse and inclusive.

Guest speakers

• Meg Horsburgh, Head of Diversity and Inclusion UKI, & Global Disability Leader for Sodexo, who will be talking about the work Sodexo has been implementing to achieve their D&I targets;
• Alison Watson, MBE, CEO of 'Class of Your Own'. Alison will be discussing her work in the education sector and developing her 'Design Engineer Construct' course globally. Alison is currently working with the IWFM on a new initiative to encourage more young people to consider a career in Facilities Management.

There will also be a  panel debate on how the FM profession can address the issue of greater diversity and inclusion within the workforce.
