“Asset Management Best Practice in FM"

The latest IWFM North Region Thought Leadership Seminar is in collaboration with the Institute of Asset Management and will address the issue how organisations implement asset management best practice and undertake the journey to achieve the internationally recognised ISO55001 standard.

The keynote speakers will be:

• Rhys Davies will speak at the event on the ISO 55001 standard and application in the FM sector.  Rhys is Global Consulting Leader for Asset Management and Operations at Atkins, Chairman of the ISO Project Committee for TC251/ISO55001 Asset Management and previous Board Member of the IAM.
• Richard Weavers, Technical Services Director at Intu Retails Services will discuss their journey through life cycle management and their experience in achieving ISO 55001. He will be assisted by Chris Butchart, COO of InVida, who have provided technical and software support for Intu as part of their asset management strategy.
