CIBSE FM Group: Launch of the Guide M life Tables

CIBSE FM Group welcomes you to the launch of Guide M Life Tables which have been developed in cross-industry collaboration with RICS and BESA.
The Facilities Management Group was formed in January 1996 as a result of demand by CIBSE members for a greater emphasis in this growth sector. The Group enables us to demonstrate the true worth of building services engineers to successful FM.
Agenda:
- Following welcome and introduction by CIBSE Facilities Management Group and Bouygues, Geoff Prudence Chair CIBSE FM, will provide an overview of the approach, work involved in bringing this all together and the opportunities for the future.
- Andy Green RICS Technical Author NRM3, will discuss the specific application and links to applying the CIBSE/NRM and SFG20 collaboration in use.
- Steve Tomkins from BESA will discuss the specifics of SFG20 in bringing this collaboration and its importance in practice.
The sessions will be followed by a Q&A session debate and drinks/networking.
