Bridge is dedicated to helping young people find work after leaving education, and we are equally committed to introducing them to the world of FM. We are now looking forward to National Careers Week next week, where we will be helping students from Highams Park Secondary School with mock interviews.

The whole of next week will be about the resources that are out there to help young people in education across the UK. NCW provides the advice and information that students need to make the transition from school to working life that little bit easier.

Our Director, Michelle Brightly is Chair for IWFM Rising FMs and with the assistance of the Committee, she has spent the last week networking for volunteers and we have had an incredible response. So many have stepped forward to support the interviewing process and we look forward to kickstarting this on the 7^{th of} March.

If you would like to help, we are still looking for Volunteers for time slots of 9am, 9.45, 10.30, 11.15, 1pm, 1.45 and 2.30, from the 7^th to the 11^th March. Please contact risingfm@iwfm.org.uk for further details on how to help.
