Bridge Company Update – We’ve Passed our ISO!
We’ve been very busy behind the scenes at Bridge recently, but we’re extremely pleased to announce we’ve retained our ISO accreditation!
ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised Quality Management System (QMS) standard which brings huge benefits to companies of all sizes. Passing the ISO is extremely important for us and means we can further our business in terms of service improvement, maintain a high level of customer service and, as always, have our candidates and clients at the forefront of what we do. The ISO also ensures the Team here at Bridge are well trained and know the objectives of their roles and how to carry them out to the highest standard.
Compliance Manager Leanne Heerey said of the accreditation: “Providing a high-end service to candidates and clients alike is so important to us, and we only want to deliver the best service our Industry has to offer.
