Bridge Recruitment are proud to announce, Director, Michelle Brightly has officially been appointed a member of the IWFM Rising FMs committee.
Joining the IWFM Rising FMs committee means Michelle is now involved in two IWFM Special Interest Groups (IWFM Rising FMs & IWFM Women in FM) and is allocating more and more of her personal time/resources to helping to build a sustainable community for the future of FM.

We are a group of workplace and facilities professionals that strive to connect with and support professionals that want to make a difference to the profession, or that have already made an impact.
Michelle's involvement
The Facilities Management industry struggles with retaining talent and during Bridge Recruitments 14 year stance, we have seen an increasing number of talent exit the industry for careers outside of FM. Being part of the IWFM Rising FM’s committee, allows Michelle to share ideas, knowledge and best practice and in some way, support the success and retention of up and coming talent in FM.
I am very pleased to be a part of this SIG. I have genuine passion when it comes to raising the awareness of the FM industry and I believe being part of Rising FM’s, will allow me to further support the advancement and retention of talent.
