Role Description:
Our Client, a highly reputable Company working with some of the biggest brands and manufacturers in construction and agriculture. Founded in 2003, the Company is looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join their Team. The Systems Administrator will ideally have experience in a similar position, but being tech savvy is not a necessary requirement. As Systems Administrator you will become part of the Operations Team, ensuring systems are running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain system efficiency and ensure systems are running smoothly
  • Develop templates to be implemented to the system
  • Create documents in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and PDF using various branding and template guidelines
  • Ensure everything is in working order and that various components work together
  • Cross-check development of new Client set ups to ensure consistency and make sure accurate data is inputted
  • Problem solving - address issues as soon as possible and work to action them when necessary
  • Oversee the review of manufacturer model’s data and ensure it is implemented and updated in the systems
  • Export data and present in MS Excel for reporting
  • Recommend improvements to help with any technical issues you or your colleagues may be facing to ensure the smooth running of the system
  • Evaluate and modify system performance

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience as System Administrator
  • Problem solver
  • Accuracy and attention to detail with careful data entry is a must
  • Must have experience with image development
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Able to independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in developing master templates and configuration for all MS programmes
  • Strong analytical skills
