Role: Specialist Services Team Leader

Role Description:
Bridge Recruitment is currently networking for a Specialist Services Team Leader to join the Team of one of our clients, a well-established company which has been operating within the cleaning industry for over 20 years and has seen significant growth within that time. As Specialist Services Team Leader you will be required to manage the day-to-day operations of the service delivery team, and provide excellent customer service at all times. The ideal Specialist Services Team Leader will have proven experience in a similar role, with excellent organisation and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the team who work on service delivery
Train and coach team members
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Address concerns in a fast manner and come up with ways to mitigate other problems that may arise
Ensure compliance with established company and regulatory guidelines and procedures to provide high quality service and outstanding customer care
Provide leadership, support and guidance with regards to service solutions
Maintain a high level of knowledge about company services
Responsibility for reactive works
Schedule and supervise operations / allocating jobs such as window cleaning, deep cleans, emergency cleans etc
Ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor
Good PC skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Organisational and time-management skills
Decision-making skills
