Role: Operations Manager - Cleaning Services
Salary: £40k

Location: 2 sites in Manchester and 1 site in Liverpool

Job Profile:

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Operations Manager to implement professional standards into this corporate contract. There will be approximately three sites to manage and a small team to mentor. 

Key Requirements:

• Lead and maintain customer relationships
• Attend regular meetings with clients as required and consistently recommend efficiencies and improvements 
• To line manage an operational team
• To drive a culture of high quality customer excellence
• Promotion of all company service lines to deliver sustainable excellence and maximum efficiency
• Deliver P&L according to targets set annually
• Ensure client invoicing and payroll is correct by leadership / communication indirectly of finance team centrally and processed in a timely manner
• Hold regular meetings as required to engage, motivate and manage your team, developing and communicating the strategy, ensuring it is aligned with the wider cleaning business strategy
