Role Description: 

Our Client is a specialist in delivery soft services to the Commercial and Leisure sectors, geographically covering the South of England. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operational management of a portfolio consisting of approx 60 sites
  • Being supported by a Team of 3 Area Managers and Operational overview of all facets of contract
  • Full control of budgets, payroll and required forecasting
  • Comply with and ensure all Company and Client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health and Safety and safe working practices are fully compliant
  • Manage reports to key clients on a monthly and quarterly basis

Skills & Attributes:

  • Operations Manager needs to have experience in the cleaning industry
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Able to strategically manage a diverse team of managers and sub-contractors
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to contribute towards policy, planning and strategy and how to identify change where necessary
  • Experience in managing ISO and other Health and Safety policies and procedures across the portfolio
  • Ability to forge strong relationships with Clients and third party suppliers
  • Ability to deliver exceptional standards in soft services
  • Adaptability, able to function effectively in a fast paced, demanding environment
