Role Description:
Our Client is a specialist in delivery soft services to the Commercial and Leisure sectors, geographically covering the South of England.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operational management of a portfolio consisting of approx 60 sites
- Being supported by a Team of 3 Area Managers and Operational overview of all facets of contract
- Full control of budgets, payroll and required forecasting
- Comply with and ensure all Company and Client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health and Safety and safe working practices are fully compliant
- Manage reports to key clients on a monthly and quarterly basis
Skills & Attributes:
- Operations Manager needs to have experience in the cleaning industry
- Proven leadership skills
- Able to strategically manage a diverse team of managers and sub-contractors
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to contribute towards policy, planning and strategy and how to identify change where necessary
- Experience in managing ISO and other Health and Safety policies and procedures across the portfolio
- Ability to forge strong relationships with Clients and third party suppliers
- Ability to deliver exceptional standards in soft services
- Adaptability, able to function effectively in a fast paced, demanding environment
