Our client has progressed rapidly as a soft service solutions provider, supporting the Public Services across the South East of England. Due to growth across the London area, they are looking for an operations Manager to oversee their London operation. As Operations Manager you will take responsibility for a team of 10 Managers and will have the all-round business skills to support growth and retention of business whilst mentoring and developing your team to meet results. 

Duties: 

  • Running day to day delivery of cleaning services service across multiple sites across London to include Commercial business, Schools, Colleges, etc.
  • Supporting a part and full time workforce, selection and recruitment along with ensuring compliance with on-going training needs and appraisals
  • Regular customer contact to ensure our client is responsive and aware of any issues that may arise 
  • Budgetary responsibility to maintain viability of contracts
  • Planning and managing team to ensure all contracts are fully supported
  • Full P+L responsibility
