Role Description:
Bridge Recruitment are currently looking for an Operations Director to join the Team of one of our clients, a growing company with extensive knowledge in the cleaning sector, providing services nationwide. As the Operations Director, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standards. The idea Operations Director will have relevant experience in a similar role with a proven track record of working within a soft services environment.
Responsibilities:
Operational and budgetary responsibility for all aspects of contract management and customer relationship, leading and inspiring a contract delivery team in delivering fully encompassed hard service engineering contract
Provide leadership, inspiration, and control in each aspect of contract delivery
Have full budgetary responsibility for allocated contracts
Deliver a contract built on leading-edge technical engineering standards, solutions and technology
Deliver a contract that achieves 100% statutory compliance, KPI adherence, and critical engineering asset framework to protect and enhance customer assets
Ownership of customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer experience, true partnership and collaboration
Establish contract performance management procedures including targets and reporting mechanisms
Provide leadership, inspiration, and control in each aspect of contract delivery across 300+ sites across London
Requirements:
Experience of working in a similar role for a Soft Services / Facilities Management service provider
Extensive experience at Senior Management level running Soft services and/or facilities management contracts
A decisive individual with the ability to work well under pressure
Strong management skills and ability to form collaborative working relationships and communicate with a large and varied delivery team
Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with good time management and leadership skills
A creative thinker, with the ability to develop a solution as well as analyse the problem
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify new opportunities and drive growth on the site
Develop and implement strategic plans for the site, working closely with the client to ensure that their requirements are met
Manage the financial performance of the site, ensuring that all budgets are met and that appropriate cost controls are in place
