Role Description:

As Operation Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff to ensure they provide an excellent service to high-profile clients, overseeing their performance and maintaining a productive work environment. Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a productive work environment

  • Oversee team member performance, delegating tasks and providing guidance

  • Address any concerns or conflicts that may arise

  • Ensure customer satisfaction, training employees to provide an exceptional service

  • Promptly address any complaints and implement changes based on customer feedback

  • Manage inventory to ensure stock levels, minimise waste and maintain cost efficiency

  • Maintain safety and security, monitoring the site for potential hazards and ensuring team members have received necessary training

  • Conduct regular audits to maintain the integrity of the business, and ensuring continuous improvement

  • Implement and develop policies to establish clear guidelines and to provide a solid framework for employees to follow
