Role Description:
An exciting opportunity has risen with one of our clients for a Mechanical Site Manager. You will be working for a forward-thinking and well respected company who really care about their employee wellbeing, and support their professional growth and development. 
You will need to have solid, multiple-years' experience of mechanical site supervision on new-build residential projects, and hold a valid SSSTS or SMSTS qualification. The company has a family feel, but corporately managed and are looking for an individual who shares the company ethos and values, and who is looking for longevity from their next role. 
With numerous awards and accreditations to its name, this company has been growing year on year ever since they were first established 30 years ago.

Key responsibilities of the role:

Report into Site Manager
Monitor plumbers' timekeeping, and making sure all are using in/out system
Sign off plot completions
Witness testing & sign-off work
Ensure certification & check sheets are up to date
Carry out operative PPE checks
Daily site safety and tidiness checks; delivery site inductions, TBTs and safe starts
Ensure site labour & sub-contractors are working to RAMS
Highlight any progress issues with client & build client relationships
Survey drawings & check/mark location of Builders Work Holes
Monitor standards of workmanship
Witness & sign-off plot internals
Control day work to a minimum
Monitor stock levels, and return all excess stock
