Role Description:
Our client, a well-respected company providing technological advances within the cleaning industry, has asked Bridge to assist in finding a suitable match for a key role in their organisation, Account Manager to join their team. As Head of Robotics, you will responsible for exceeding sales and service contract expectations, helping to ensure ongoing success within the company. This role is crucial to drive forward the future plans of the company - robotics is the company's biggest growth area. The ideal individual will have a commercial sales background, with a proven track record, and experience in sales.


Responsibilities:

  • Source, create and develop business plans and strategies ensuring the company identifies, develops and closes new business opportunities
  • Demonstrate product value and return on investment by conducting regular business meetings
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets to existing and new customers
  • Provide leadership, support and management to all team members
  • Manage and forecast budgets, ensuring required income and profit is achieved
  • Plan and attend external client meetings
  • Ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met
  • Lead by example, ensuring team members follow your lead in all areas of their work and promoting excellent customer service
  • Work with and support all departments in order to contribute to the company's wider success
  • Follow company policies and procedures at all times
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment with Health and Safety in mind
  • Be sure to report any deficiencies in systems of work or equipment that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to Health and Safety or the environment

  • Experience in commercial sales with a proven track record
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal
  • Data and analytics experience

  • Good literacy and numeracy skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to work accurately, under pressure and at a fast pace
  • Good standard of IT knowledge - able to use Microsoft and related packages
