Our Client is a vibrant and highly successful College in East London with circa 12,500 students, circa 500 established staff and a turnover of £35m. Their values of creativity, enterprise and innovation drive their organisational behaviours and business, and they are now looking for an experienced facilities manager to join their high performing Team.
They require someone who is highly motivated, enthusiastic to lead the Estates services at the College. Steering the strategic direction of estates operations across all the college sites as well as creating a culture of exceptional service delivery focuses on enhancing the student and staff experience will be paramount.
The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of leading operational facilities services and have extensive experience of the full range of hard and soft facilities services including the management of both internal delivery teams and external contracts.
It is imperative that the successful candidate possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven stakeholder engagement ability. The role will suit individuals with a high level of credibility, team leadership skills and the capability to deliver a culture of exceptional delivery at both an operational and strategic level. A proven track record in delivering change and transformation across a varied portfolio will be essential.
