Lead digital and in-person tender/bid presentations
Enhance the company’s reputation within London and across the UK
Negotiate terms of agreements and secure contract wins
Manage and mobilise newly awarded contracts, ensuring clear communication to all stakeholders
Complete full operational handovers following mobilisation
Additional Duties:
Weekly reporting on sales achieved versus departmental targets
Weekly updates to the Commercial Director on leads, pipeline, activity, concerns and upcoming meetings
Attend team meetings, share best practice, and participate in training and seminars as required
About You:
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational ability in high-pressure environments, and a broad knowledge of FM business functions.
