Role Description:
Bridge Recruitment has been appointed by a leading FM Provider to source an experienced Bid Writer on a permanent basis, assisting with multi-million-pound Bids and Tenders.
Daily duties will include things such as;
- Creating stand out bid documents
- Interface with the sales team to manage and coordinate tenders and submissions
- Drive Continuous Improvement in all submissions, presentations and content
- Attend kick-off and post tender review meetings
- Involved end to end in the bid writing cycle
- Converting existing client intelligence into compelling win themes with the wider team
- Manage internal system set up, access, communication and information
- Manage customer portal, TQs and changes to the scope of tender documents (track these)
- Organising governance process and book in meetings on a daily basis
Key Skills:

- Attention to detail
- Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word
- Flair for compiling creative written content
