Bridge Recruitment has been appointed by a leading FM Provider to source an experienced Bid Writer on a permanent basis, assisting with multi-million-pound Bids and Tenders.

Daily duties will include things such as;

  • Creating stand out bid documents
  • Interface with the sales team to manage and coordinate tenders and submissions
  • Drive Continuous Improvement in all submissions, presentations and content
  • Attend kick off and post tender review meetings
  • Involved end to end in the bid writing cycle
  • Converting existing client intelligence into compelling win themes with the wider team
  • Manage internal system set up, access, communication and information
  • Manage customer portal, TQs and changes to the scope of tender documents (track these)
  • Organising governance process and book in meetings on a daily basis

  • Flair for compiling creative written content
