Duties:

  • Oversee the daily service delivery through a Team of Operatives across a multi-site client portfolio
  • Be responsible for all financial matters relating to the contract, ensuring profitability is maximised and standards are met
  • Carry out regular site inspections to ensure issues do not escalate and the Team and Clients are fully supported
  • Maximise opportunities to upsell on the contract and client expectations
  • To maintain regular customer contact to ensure customer satisfaction and to deal with service issues as they may occur in an effective and timely manner.
  • To undertake recruitment and induction training as necessary.
  • The maintenance of HR records such as absenteeism, sickness, health and safety records etc
  • Ensuring appropriate levels of stock is maintained to meet the demands of the contracts
  • Produce monthly reports and conduct regular meetings all Stakeholders
