Role Description:
Bridge Recruitment are excited to announce we have been appointed the task of networking for an Area Cleaning Manager for one of our clients, a growing Soft Services company who focus on providing an excellent cleaning service within the public sector predominantly. As Area Cleaning Manager, you will oversee the delivery of exceptional cleaning standards which exceed client expectations across a number of school cleaning contracts. The ideal Area Cleaning Manager will have previous experience and knowledge of the Cleaning/FM industry, and will have excellent communication, organisation and people management skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day to day operations and contract delivery to clients
Ensure that the team provides a first class service to the client
Develop existing business and client base, promoting the company by raising awareness of all its services and increasing contract value
Maintain high standards across the portfolio
Regularly review performance standards
Ensure all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to and comply with company polices
Recruit, train and motivate staff, managing your team and resources to meet the daily schedules and business requirements of clients at all times
Implement innovative and continuous improvement plans to ensure service always exceeds client expectations
Prepare reports, attend client meetings and communicate effectively with Managing and Operations Director
Personal Requirements:
Experience of the Cleaning/FM industry
IT literate
BICS/IOSH are desirable
Excellent organisation, communication and people management skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
A full driving licence
Full DBS will be carried out
