Role Description:

Bridge Recruitment are currently networking for an Account Director (Contract Cleaning) to join the Team of one of our clients, a forward-thinking, customer-focused soft services provider operating across the UK. Due to continued success, our client has an opportunity for an Account Director to join one of their accounts in London. As Account Director, you will be responsible for supporting and following the strategic development of your portfolio, creating an inclusive culture. The ideal Account Director will have worked in a similar position, and will have an excellent understanding of cleaning services or transferable knowledge and experience from a similar sector.


  • Develop a high performing management, supervisory and operational team aligned with company culture and values

  • Achieve success through inspiring, engaging, and effective communication

  • Manage performance effectively, including clearly defining, assigning and reviewing outcomes and objectives

  • Nurture talent, establish succession and retention plans and manage people's development by providing training, support and guidance


  • A demonstrable track record of successfully delivering in a similar role

  • Excellent understanding of cleaning services and associated services relevant to the requirements of the role, or transferable knowledge and experience from a related relevant sector

  • Relevant professional or technical qualification or competence

  • Proven track record of successful financial and commercial management in line with the senior team's objectives

  • Able to understand contract obligations and corporate governance and convey the appropriate aspects to team members

  • Good all-round communication and presentation skills

  • Skilled at building, motivating and leading senior team performance to achieve desired outcomes
