Servicing the office, medical, education & government, retail, leisure, hospitality and industrial sectors, it is a rare situation for them to externally recruit but they now find themselves in the market for a Senior Account Manager. 

The ideal Candidate will

Come from the Cleaning Industry 
Have experience of managing Managers
Proven success in leadership 
Support the business development process from an operational perspective
Guide and motivate your Team to meet KPI's and SLA's 
Deliver clear and concise updates to your Line Manager 
Able to communicate effectively 
Be proactive in analysing the performance of the contract portfolio, dealing with issues immediately.
