5 reasons to attend the Manchester Cleaning Show
The Cleaning Show is one of the largest dedicated cleaning, hygiene event’s in the world and will be taking place at the Event City in Manchester from the 11th – 12th April.
To those who are seriously considering attending the event, here are five reasons why you should register:

The Cleaning show attracts some of the world’s largest cleaning service providers each year and is the hub for all the new products and innovations within the industry. 3. Learning and Development seminars
In total, the event will provide visitors with 19 learning and development seminars to participate in – which will be hosted by some of the industry’s leading professionals. The seminar programme is free to attend and will consist of four main sessions. Wednesday 11th April will focus on Session 1: The British Cleaning Council – leading the industry towards prosperous future and Session 2: Future-Ready Workshops. Day two, Thursday 12th April, will consist of Session 3: Health and Safety Workshops in association with the HSE and Session 4: Promoting Your Business Workshops.
One seminar, we highly recommend our candidates to attend the 11:15 am session on Wednesday 11th April, ‘Creating a career in cleaning’ by Denise Hanson at FBICSc. The presentation will focus on the progression routes for Cleaning Operatives who are looking to reach management level within the Cleaning industry.
They will help further your knowledge surrounding the key challenges and legislation’s affecting the industry, which makes for a fantastic discussion point at future networking events.

Take on the Terry ‘Turbo’ Burrows Guinness World Record challenge, with over 30 other contestants for the chance to win £250! The contest will be a race to see who can clean three standard 114.3 x 114.3 cm office windows set in a frame with a 300 mm (11.75 in) long squeegee and 9 litres (2 gals; US 2.37 gal) of water in 9.14 seconds.
