Role Description:

Bridge Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager (Contract Cleaning) to join the Team of one of our clients, the UK's fastest growing privately owned Facilities Management company offering a multitude of services to customers across the country, including cleaning, security and maintenance. Our client is an award-winning company dedicated to providing an exceptional service to its customers, and always ensure they go the extra mile. They are looking for a Cleaning Account Manager to join their Education Team, overseeing the contract cleaning operations for 17 primary and secondary schools in London with an annual turnover of £3m. As Cleaning Account Manager, you will play a crucial part in ensuring client satisfaction, budget control, growth and maintenance of the account. The ideal Cleaning Operations Manager will have proven experience in contract and client management preferably with a cleaning or Facilities Management bias and will be passionate and driven. Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in the facilities management or cleaning services industry

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving common goals

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth and performance

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with CRM software for reporting and data analysis

  • The successful candidate will need to undergo an enhanced DBS check
